Registrants are urged to register before July 15th, 2009 to obtain the early registration fee and asked to apply using the online registration. The deadline for pre-registration is August 20th, 2009. Any registration forms received by our office after this date will not be processed until you arrive at ICFRM-14.

| Upon receiving the registration and confirming the payment, the Registration Office will send you a Confirmation e-mail, bearing your registration number. Please print out and present the confirmation to the registration desk at the conference site to receive the conference materials. | If you cancel your participation in the conference, please be sure to notify the Registration Office by e-mail or fax immediately. The following cancellation fee will apply, based on the date when the office receives notification of cancellation. All refunds will be made after the conference. (We will make a deduction of bank transfer fee from the amount to be paid back.) |
